I know this is a bit of a late reply to this topic, but thank you for posting it. I tend to be one of those people who likes to blurt things out, and I must admit, it hadn’t occurred to me how much ego must be involved in this practice. I have endeavored to become a better listener and this helps give me more motivation to do so.

I agree with your post, you need a team especially in the network marketing industry. I think it’s one of the biggest misconceptions that people have about the industry as a whole is that MLM doesn’t work, true success in any business comes when you inspire and lead others to greatness, building a great team is about “attracting” the right types of people, and giving them a solution that works for them. I have a ton more about Team Building

This makes a lot of sense. For example in July I toured the home office of a company I work with, and I was amazed that the employees were working doubled up in cubicles while the new offices were being built. They had smiles on their faces and were friendly. I asked the CEO how they did that - he said “triple christmas bonus if we hit the company goal” and free health insurance.
