Do you make it easy for your customer to use your products?

Animals are creatures of habit. Hint: You are an animal!
Many of us know that people purchase on emotion. If we can’t get their purchase processed right then (they have time to think about it) they may not purchase and you’ve probably lost a sale. This has nothing to do with the quality of your products or if this is a wise purchase for your customer. If that’s the case what are you doing promoting these products?
How do we keep customers coming back? We do everything we can to make their purchase habitual. It’s not something they think about it’s something they routinely do. Break their routine at your own risk even if your idea is great!
Whenever your company thinks that customers should have to “think” about your products you are in trouble as a Network Marketer. No matter how good your products they are probably not the center of your customers universe. A simple example would be to change the color or shape of your retail product. One of the reasons your customer purchases your product is because they recognize the shape and color of your product (think coke bottle) even if they can’t remember the name. Does your product still come in that red box?
One of the things I like about my smart phone over my previous cell phone, even though it could do a lot of things I never used, is the fact that the functions are intuitive and simple. I don’t have to think about how to use it and I don’t have to get the manual out to figure out what to do. Another issue, when people have learned something, or have already gone through a learning curve, why would we change functionality? Are we just trying to irritate people because they have to learn something new?
In reality, your customer may know more about your products than you do. I bet you thought, what the dog considers to be his favorite watering hole, should be used for something else entirely. Good luck on out guessing your customers!
