In general this is what the Network Marketing Business Model is all about (a Business within a Business). Others are catching the fever of this dynamic model that allows others to excel, grow, create, and take more responsibility. Everyone has a chance to be a “leader” and a “follower” in a collaborative (mutual respect and chemistry) network business model.
And so, you have a group of people who have the same objectives (Church, School, Business, Government, etc.) and we ask the question: “Do they need a leader at the top?”
In Network Marketing you can’t be fired by the conductor because he doesn’t like the way you perform. Also, you can take a lead role without his permission.
