Strong winds will blow because of troubled waters and things heating up.
People in Texas are looking forward to tropical storm Don because they want some cooling rain over drought stricken Texas. Nature is designed to take care of things when things get out of balance just like our bodies defense systems. As George Carlin said about people supposing they have the power to save the planet: “The planet’ll shake us off like a bad case of fleas.”
And so, many of us look forward to “Hurricane Season” because we understand that’s what it takes to receive the healing rains in our area of the country.
Often, things happen in our personal lives because we get out-of-balance. If we start drinking too much or using drugs nature kicks us in the butt (we are out of balance). The pendulum swings. When our ego gets out of check we get fired and find some humility. We may find that we have fewer friends when we lose some of our wealth. People want wealth because they know they can have a lot of fake friends. Buying friends is the oldest profession.
We all know that real friends are right there, just like true North, in the good seasons and the bad seasons of life.
” Beloved, do not be surprised at the fiery ordeal among you, which comes upon you for your testing, as though some strange thing were happening to you;” 1st Peter 4:12
