Network Marketing is about fun and acceptance.
There are many reasons people get involved in Network Marketing. Two major reasons are fun and acceptance. Many people drop out of the events after it is no longer any fun for various reasons. Sometimes we mistakenly destroy the party atmosphere or we may be recognizing only those people we are trying to promote.
For example, we may be running a contest and the contest becomes rigged by insiders. Those not on the inside see that the contest is rigged and drop out leaving the insiders to promote themselves by their self.
Rule: People do things because the like to.
Many people may drive miles to an event to be snubbed by so-called leaders. Don’t let that happen to your organization.

People don’t stick around a phony once they understand the score. Business runs on “their” emotion.
